Error Reading vmesh setup

Error Reading vmesh setup – HFSS

  Hi,
  
  I have been stuck for a couple of days in the following error "error reading vmesh setup". whenever I analyze dipole antenna in HFSS, no results are generated and the analysis terminates with the mentioned error.
  
  I have been following the tutorial by ANSYS HOW TO VIDEO step by step, yet I am facing this issue
  
  I am using ANSYS 2019 R2.1
