Error regarding element 21439 in ANSYS mechanical

  I'm simulating a Silicon bulk acoustic resonator with electrodes along the two faces (forming capacitive gaps). Each electrode is split into 3. I'm seeing an error saying 'Element 21439 does not have all of its required nodes defined. The E command is aborted'. Could you please help me resolve this issue? What is the error about? Thanks
