SubscriberHello,
I am having an issue running a model on an HPC linux cluster. I have run similar models fine, and this is a new issue. It runs for a few autosaves, then I get the following error:
error removing /home/bv169/simulations/fw_lens_cluster/2km_large_sal_diff_50m_deep/OCE7533121fluent.53416/lnamd64/3ddp_node/.nfs00000011800002670000001b
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
what(): NodeCell::addFace : Size exceeded
I have tried deleting the folder which the error is specifying (since it says its having trouble removing) and I changed the permissions of the folder to allow editing, reading, and writing by all users and computers. None of these issues solved the problem.
I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
Alex

SubscriberAs an update, I have tried deleting the folder, changing the permissions again, and making sure the model is running on the same nodes as it was originally. I still am receiving the error. This is also in the error file: Node 113: Process 400842: Received signal SIGBUS.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Alex
