Error saving backup

Good morning , how come out of this error sometimes? (I attach a photo)

Roberto The precise reason for the error is not known but clearing appdata by following the steps listed below, might help in resolving it.
- Go to the Appdata folder by typing %appdata% in address bar of windows explorer
- Rename the spaceclaim folder to spaceclaim.old
- Close all open sessions of Spaceclaim/DL on your machine and launch a new session.
- On your Spaceclaim/DL window, go to "File" and click on "Spaceclaim/DL options"
- . Go to "Support files" and change the "Backup file location" from default appdata to some other location on your machine as shown below:
