I do not see any error in the log files. Can you please check if this issue occurs when the application is "run as administrator"?

SubscriberHello Subashni
The computer has administrator rights, if I click on the icon with the right mouse button and I run it as administrator the file I can no longer open it because the server no longer sees me.
In the video that I have attached you there is the description of the error, usually why that error might come out?
Best Regards

The error says another document exists in the existing path. Can you please ask the customer to try saving the file at a different location?

Can you please check if the customer has 7zip installed in his workstation? I think it is sometimes not available in newer windows versions.

SubscriberHello Subashni
7zip is present on the pc,
It does this on both of the company's computers, could it be something related to Windows rights? Is it possible to unlock Windows security on some specific SpaceCliam folder inside C :?
Computers both have administrator rightsBest REgards
