ERROR Spawning process… exceeded timeout

  Hello ! I'm using Ansys ACP pre module. When i try to open SETUP in ACP it appears this error: Spawning process... exceeded timeout.
  
  I've already set 600 in the section time, but it doesn't run.
  
  Need suggestions, please!!!
