Error: Trial license failed

Hello There,
I signed up for the free 30-day trial license for Lumerical FDTD. The installation was successful and I received an email with the activation code for the license. Activation was done successfully and In the launcher the Node Locked license states is also active for FDTD. But when I open the any new project using FDTD, its giving error "Trial Registration Failed". The screenshot of the same has been attached.
Can you please tell me how to get it resolved.
