Error: Unsupported by licensed server Release 2020 R1

      I'm running ANSYS License Manager Release 2020 R1 and I'm getting "unsupported by licensed server" message on some of the products." on what looks like ANSYS EM Suite though not sure with the confusing naming system used.  And I am unable to retrieve license to start Electronic Desktop.  However, I don't sees similar message on most of the other packages (i.e., aa_r) and I am able to retrieve license and start the software.

      Regarding your question on ANSYS EM Suite, please post it on ANSYS Student Community or ANSYS Customer Portal based on the type of license that you have. This forum is specifically intended for seeking assistance on ANSYS Discovery products. Thank you for your understanding!
