Error using Lumerical license

      Hi,

      We recently received our new license file and we have installed it on a license server. I am trying to access it on a separate computer but getting an error. (see SS_1, SS_2 and SS_3). I tried Telnet-ing to the server but got a "Invalid command" error (SS_4). Please help!
