Error when initializing the volute of a centrifugal pump in CFD POST

  Hi!
  
  I have simulated a centrifugal pump with rotor and volute. Now I need the pump report, but the volute is not initiallized, so I can not get it. How can I solve this error?

  Can you check the solver ran OK? The error is suggesting something wasn't set or data isn't available.
  
  ANSYS staff are not permitted to open/download files so I've not looked on the link.
