Error while opening Static Structural Model

Good morning,
when I try to open the section "Model" in Static structural, I get the error: "Error while waiting for Mechanical initialization to complete. Either the application crashed or Workbench lost communication with it". Also, the error here attached appears.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but nothing changed. I don't know how to solve the problem.
