error while opening the .cdat file in cfd post

      I have tried to open a .cdat file in ansys cfd post, but i am getting the following error 

      I have renamed the original .cdat and case file after the fluent saved in some folder.  

      Please help me in this regards.

      Hi,

      The .cdat file should be saved in the same folder as the case file which produced the data. Then when you read the .cdat file into ANSYS CFD-Post, the associated case file will also be read in automatically. If they are not saved in the same folder, ANSYS CFD-Post will prompt you to specify the appropriate case file.

      yes both case and .cdat files are in the same folder.

      Can you copy both files and rename to remove the brackets?  Using any unusual/command characters in the CFD tools tends to cause problems as they were originally UNIX based.
