Error while running RunWB2 application

  I have a WIndows 8.1 System.I have downloaded the ANSYS 19.2 student version.
  
  Post installation the Workbench application was not visible. Hence, I tried to run the 'RunWB2' Application.
  
  But following error pops up.
  
  An unexpected error has occurred: Root element is missing.
  
  System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing.
  
  at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
  
  What is the solution for the error. Is this related to my OS?
  
  Is my operating system compatible with ANSYS 19.2? If not kindly provide a link for alternate version of ANSYS which
  
  is compatible with Windows 8.1 .

  The ANSYS Student version only officially supports Windows 10 64-bit.
  
  But let's see if we can get this to work on your Windows 8.1.
  
  Please post the content of all .err files under (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student
  
  Also, the screenshot of the entire error message
  
  Open CMD Prompt, then type 'set' (without quote ' ') and post the output of this.
