Ansys EmployeeHi Hari Kishore,
Will you please try to clear the %appdata% and %temp%?
For %appdata%- type in the window search and open the folder then rename the v22 to v22.old and perform the similar operation for the %temp% and rename the .ansys folder to .ansys.old.
when you try to uninstall the ansys, then remove the Ansys Inc directory.
Then reinstall. Make sure you install on c: as installing on another drive has produced problems.
Please let me know.
Regards,
Sampat -

SubscriberHello Sampat,
I tried these two things.
- For %appdata% - changed the folder name from v221 to v221.old
- For %temp% - changed the folder name from .ansys to .ansys.old
But now it is showing, "The shared license is currently not available for this application"
And also after changing the folder names and opening the ANSYS Workbench, new v221 and .ansys folders were created besides v221.old and .ansys.old folders.

Ansys EmployeeHi HARI KISHORE,
It's showing read-only configuration mode for your Ansys, and the warning is related to the shared licensing. Is this license shared with the others also? Are you facing this issue with other models as well? Please close all the Ansys products and restart the machine. After restarting, if you face the same issue, let me know, and our SYS-team will assist you with this. It might be a problem while connecting the license to the server.
Regards,
Sampat

Ansys EmployeeHi Yaswanthi,
Have you tried to check if the above method has worked for you or not?
Will you please check my last response in this forum and let me know so that we can narrow down your problem?
