      Hello Roberta Arici

      I can see that your Ansys SpaceClaim (Named User) is already activated on two machines. Are you trying to activate this on new machine, or this error is occurring on old machine? 

      You might try releasing your license from one machine if you are trying to activate it on new machine. 

      Also, can you check if the license mode is set as Subscription? You can check this by launching Discovery Licensing Mode Manager from Windows Start menu. If the license option is set to Floating, please set it to Subscription and try again.
