      Hi

Several customers have automatically updated windows including myself.
Now when trying to open a scdoc file it no longer opens (as in the video)
How do I solve this problem?

      Best Regards

      Naresh Patre Hi Naresh

is not an external file, no longer opens scdoc files (spaceclaim native files)

      How do I solve?

      Best Regards

      Hello Robert

Though the title of the article mentions about external files, the same solution is applicable for the double click issue associated with scdoc files.

      Hello

So the windows update has probably changed the registry keys?
Thanks then I will follow your instructions

      Hello Robert

Can you try below approach and see if it helps:

Right-click on any scdoc file and select "Open With" -> "Choose another app". Refer below image.

Next, select the required version (for example SpaceClaim 2020R1), then enable "Always use this app to open .scdoc files" option located at the bottom and then click "Ok". Refer below image.

        Hi Naresh

thank you, these are the first tests that I always run.
I solved it by changing a different registry key

        Best Regards
