Ansys Employee显然不能再简化。但是,我感觉还是有点问题,结构下面有基底吗?没有基底就是一个有很强谐振的腔体,仿真时间很长。你想简化是因为这个问题吗?

Ansys Employee红色材料下面还有基底吗?如果没有应该加上。如果用的是Background 材料,仿真时间长,应该是不能避免的, 说明谐振比较强,或者是因为有的波长衍射角接近90度,请使用Steep Angle PML。 请用光栅分析看看衍射角: Diffraction grating

Ansys Employee一般基底不用仿真如此厚,用PML截断,你可以做一次修正,仅仅将基底里面的反射透射率乘以基底下表面的菲涅尔反射损失,更严格的话把系统简化为不对称谐振腔,找教科书上的公式修正。这就需要每个面的菲涅尔系数。

Subscriber好的,下次有新问题我重新发帖。用PML截断是设置基底厚度几微米,然后将仿真区域Zmin刚好设置到基底Zmin的位置吗?

Ansys Employee不对! 半无限大结构应该穿透到PML之外,PML的作用是截断很大的物体。你看看网上的例子。
