Exception of type ‘Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexNotAvailableException’ was thrown.

  I am using R2 (at windows 10) and modeling a geometry at fluent with mesh. There is no problem when I run the simulation till I change my parameter (input boundary condition). after it run the first parameter set D0 it gave the below errors:
  
  -Exception of type 'Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexNotAvailableException' was thrown.
  
  -Some files for design point 1 can not be deleted
  
  After these errors I can reopen the setup option but automatically close with this error 'mpt_accept: error:accept failed: No such file or directory' and have to reset Setup to reopen it. How can I fix this error?
