Execute on Demand does not open my table and scan/read the data.

In the DEFINE_ON_DEMAND macro, I am opening and scanning a data text file to retrieve the diffusivity tensors as input for the dmatrix in the DEFINE_ANISOTROPIC_DIFFUSIVITY macro. I built and loaded my source file with no errors or warnings. I ran execute on demand for the DEFINE_ON_DEMAND macro with no errors or warnings. I initialized the solution with the DEFINE_INIT macro, which ran successfully. However, when I ran the calculation, the final solution was still equal to the initialization solution. It appears that FLUENT is not opening and scanning the table during the Execute on Demand macro. Attached is my User Defined Function. How do I fix this problem?
