SubscriberDoes anyone know how to install additional system(or solver) for explicit dynamics? Default solver setting for explicit dynamics is AUTODYN, I want to add the Ls DYNA export function in toolbox.
Thank you

Ansys EmployeeHi JohnsonZhou94,
Are you using ANSYS student version (free) or you are using some academic license ?
Ls Dyna module requires one of the following academic/commercial licenses (not available in student version)
ANSYS Academic Research LS-DYNA(aa_r_dy)
ANSYS LS-DYNA (dyna)
ANSYS LS-DYNA PC (dynapc)
ANSYS LS-DYNA PrepPost (dynapp)
ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise PrepPost (preppost)
Check with the license server admin to see if it has any of these licenses.
Thank you,
Win
