SubscriberWhen trying to export chart, the "Save As" window brings up the install directory and we cannot move into the home directory. Manually navigating to it results in an access denied error. It's Ansys 2023 R2 being run on Red Hat 8.

SubscriberWhen using Fluent Mechanical and clicking on a chart to export the data, a window pops up to save the data. However the location it opens up to is: /lib64. We cannot save here, it says access denied. We cannot navigate to the home directory because it also says Access denied. We cannot export the chart data. We are using Red Hat 8.7.

Ansys EmployeeCould you please try copying the path for "User Files" directory of this project and paste this path in the File name section in the window that popped up and hit Save, then it should navigate to this folder, after which you can provide the name of the text file?
You can also try exporting the file via Python Script in Mechanical scripting console.
