Exporting strain result

  Hello,
  I was wondering if anybody knows an easy way to export a strain field so that it can be easily visualized with other software like matlab etc?

  Hi Carlo,
  You can right-click on strain results and then select the Export... option. Remember to turn on the nodal locations:

  thanks for your reply! How would you visualize this then with matlab for example? Or how would you create a 3 dimensional grayscale array out of this?
