exporting volume loss density scale factor

I am exporting ohmic loss from Maxwell into transient thermal. After exporting i get a scale factor of 2.86

I know it should be around 1, but i cant pinpoint why this is happening. In some simulations, it works fine and in some it does not. Is it becuase of the meshing ?? My adaptive meshes did not converge for this study. Is this the reason ??

      Hi Asif,

Thanks for the question. We may need to investigate but results should be converged as always. It would be best to create a service request with the project attached with the request if you like us to investigate. However, please try to get a converged solution.

Thank you for the update. I got a converged solution in Maxwell and then massed with mesh in transient thermal a bit and was able to keep the scaling factor arounb 1.

Do you know how i can input temperature dependpent magnetic permeability(N/A^2) of a material in maxwell.

Yes, Thermal Modifier can achieve that, refering Maxwell manul for more details.
