Is there a way to extract the value of a directionnal stress at the integration points with or without command line? i can do kind of do it for stress at nodes and stress on elements but not at integration points.

The Command you can use in a Command Object in Workbench is

         ERESX, NO

      Thanks to Sandeep for this.

ok that actually answers the question. But after reflexion on my problem, I am looking for the average of directionnal stress at integrration points while taking into account the weight of said integration/gauss points. Would you perhaps know what should i do to extract this value? As i can't find it it ansys workbench maybe i could do it using command lines but I am relatively new to ansys and FE in general so i am kind of lost. Thank you in advance for any answer that you could provide.

What do you want to know about stress in a body that has applied loads and supports? That is what this software can compute for you. What does it matter what the stress is at the integration points?  Consider that you can just remesh the body with elements half the size and you get a more dense computation of stress in the body. The first set of integration points is now irrelevant. Then you can remesh with elements half the size again and get even more dense results.
