Extremely High Cd and Cl with two way FSI

I am running a 2 way FSI on the wings of an aircraft and I'm getting extremely high values for the drag and lift of the wing. When taking the drag/lift though, the values are much more reasonable. When I run only the CFD results, I do not have this issue.

Is ANSYS adding up the drag and lift over the wing instead of averaging it?

You're looking at a coefficient and passing a force to Mechanical. Look in the documentation regarding how the coefficient is calculated from the force.
