I am facing the Mesh self-intersecting and mesh is not water tight issues in facets. We tried auto fix option, but it changed the entire geometry. Please let me know any method to resolve this issue. See attached file link here. https://we.tl/t-tPlgHaO9Eg

SubscriberHere is the overall view and a zoomed in view of the STL file.
I assume you want to mesh the air above the buildings. To do that, you need the gaps to be filled in where the empty space is where the streets and ground are, then you will need to put a block of air above this and slice the block of air with the repaired STL file that has filled in streets and ground.
