Fail to open the Lumerical FDTD due to a license issue

  Hi Sir/Madam,
  I am not sure why I cannot open Lumerical FDTD. I can open it yesterday but when I opened it today, this erros message occurs. Our license should be vaild until this September. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

  As indicated by the error message, you are unablet to connect to the license server. Please check with IT/admins if the Ansys license manager on the server is up and running and showing the license available for check out in the FlexNet license status page.
