Subscriber基底为二氧化硅,在基底底部添加了Cu来实现全反射,在基底上设置了十字结构的Mg,检测占用内存几百mb,但是实际上仿真的时间要一个多小时,请问这是什么问题,而且仿真结果到来99%,不收敛。希望收到您的解答。

另外你这里说的仿真结果来到 99% 是说卡在了 99% 这个状态不动了?如果是这样可能是仿真结果数据量过大,软件存储数据在花时间,可以检查一下 log 文件里面是不是也处于这个状态。

Ansys Employee可以通过查看仿真结束之后的 simulation status 来判断是仿真结束时候的状态,以及确认最后时刻的 AUTOSHUTOFF LEVEL 的值。如果是达到最大时间仿真结束,但此时 AUTOSHUTOFF LEVEL 值仍然很大,那需要考虑增加仿真时间。
