仿真结果不收敛

  基底为二氧化硅，在基底底部添加了Cu来实现全反射，在基底上设置了十字结构的Mg，检测占用内存几百mb,但是实际上仿真的时间要一个多小时，请问这是什么问题，而且仿真结果到来99%，不收敛。希望收到您的解答。

  另外你这里说的仿真结果来到 99% 是说卡在了 99% 这个状态不动了？如果是这样可能是仿真结果数据量过大，软件存储数据在花时间，可以检查一下 log 文件里面是不是也处于这个状态。

  您好并不是卡在99不动了我认为是达到最大时间时，仍未结束所以提前终止了

    可以通过查看仿真结束之后的 simulation status 来判断是仿真结束时候的状态，以及确认最后时刻的 AUTOSHUTOFF LEVEL 的值。如果是达到最大时间仿真结束，但此时 AUTOSHUTOFF LEVEL 值仍然很大，那需要考虑增加仿真时间。
