Farfield in RCWA

  Hi,
  How to calculate farfield from RCWA near field result? is it same as FDTD?

  RCWA is for periodic structures. Therefore its farfields are grarting orders. You should not use farfield projection scripts to get the farfields. It is already decomposed into plane waves at different angles.
