Fatal internal error

  When I am trying to simulate 3D . It gives me this error " Fatal internal error .Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. " What should I do;

  While doing the simulation, it ran well but at the last point it shows "Fatal internal error". For example If it is 36msec simulation,then after 35msec simulation, it shows that error.
