FDTD中仿真的S参数提取到Interconnect中S参数不匹配问题

  老师你好！我在FDTD中仿真2x2 MMI S参数，提取到Interconnect中使用ONA检查端口输出发现与FDTD中的结果存在较大的差距，请问这个是什么原因？
  上图为FDTD中仿真得到的两个端口 S 参数，此时两端口相位差0.5Π
  上图为提取的S参数导入到Interconnect中使用ONA测得的S参数，此时两个输出端口变为Π
  
  这两个结果的不一致使得无法进行正常的线路级仿真，还请指教

  INTERCONNECT你是怎么设置的？如果你用的是Copuler，很可能本身就有90度的差别。请参考这个例子 https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042323574-Circuit-simulation-incorporating-component-level-results

    感谢指导。后面我发现原因了，是我在FDTD中提取S参数的时候，将Include group delay这个打勾了，所以出现两个结果相位不一致。所以请问老师，这个Include group delay 在提取S参数需要打勾吗，对于真实的器件S参数提取仿真是否需要选择这个Include group delay
