Subscriber老師好,
想請問FDTD模擬一個80 um X 80 um X 1um大小的模擬區域,包含了PEC材料和SIO2材料於其中。
同時會在這個區域上放置整面的圓形metastructure,直徑達50nm。
想請問以下的配備是有辦法跑得動整個模擬嗎?謝謝。

Ansys Employee根据你的描述,应该可以,除非波长很短,在紫外或者更短,在看见光以及近红外波段应该可以,当然如果折射率非常高,例如20以上,或者吸收特别强,因为需要很细的网格,因此需要很大的内存。另外,因为文件大,内存需要大,又需要很长的仿真时间,你需要有耐心。
建议你先根据材料做一个简单测试。比如用超透镜材料做一个类似的整块结构试一下。
