Ansys EmployeeFDTD里面的这个温度是摆设,因为没有与材料联系起来。
要仿真在不同温度下的结果,需要先用HEAT 仿真出温度分布,再输入Attribute进来,里面设置温度系数才可以。
目前FDTD中主要是光热效应。FDE有热光效应的仿真例子,参见
