Ansys Employee波长太短,网格就需要更细才能分辨。
Ansys Insight: 用于设置Mesh accuracy对应多大的网格尺寸
所以结果不可靠。修改波长后应该可以看到效果了吧?
在时域设置光源,很可能是为了保证在所感兴趣波长范围内有足够的光源强度。

Ansys Employee最后这两个结构不一样。你把它们画一个图上就知道了。
建议你下载安装最新版,最好把之前的安装卸载后来个CLean安装:https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/5613618572947-Fixing-installation-or-licensing-issues
同时测试其它例子看看如何。

Ansys Employee在不用细化网格的时候,有没有Fishnet结果的确非常接近。我测试的确如此,具体原因还需要进一步研究。

Subscriber感谢您的回复,进一步研究后,我重新安装了最新版本的fdtd,但是这个问题仍然存在,我发现只有修改石墨烯的表面电导率或者费米能级才会对反射谱有影响,而不论是把刻蚀覆盖整个石墨烯面,还是没有刻蚀存在,反射结果都是不会改变的。mesh accuracy设置为8。我推测是否原因在于3Dfdtd下,二维石墨烯片的结构优先级最高,无法被图案化呢?
