FFT on charts

  Is it possible to perform directly an FFT on the charts of a fluid simulation? Or to export those charts in a csv/text file to perform this post processing in other tools?

  Not that I know of - nor FFT or direct export.
  
  I suggest taking a screeenshot of the chart and using some digitizing software afterwards for post-processing your data, for example Engauge Digitizer. (Which is a free product.)
