  I want to draw the electric potential versus distance using an electric field monitor. Is this possible for the Charge software to demonstrate the electric potential inside metal?
  How can I do that if it is possible?

  Metal in CHARGE is treated to be perfect electric metal which is not involved in meshing and thus no field/potential data is available. So i tis impossible to get it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
