File does not converts to exe file

  the file attached in offline subscription licensing issue (19.1) does not converts to exe file, what to do??

  After downloading the file, change the name from "ansysls_client_exe.txt" to "ansysls_client.exe". Make sure that you replace "_exe" with ".exe" in the file name.
  
  Alternatively, you can download and install the latest build available in the Download section which has this offline connection fix included.
