Hi why when I go to turn off the component I have that kind of surface left? Ā  If I open the file and save it and try to open it it generates this error, the file is damaged?

      HiĀ Roberto

This seems to be an issue with just the preview and not the file. What is you open the file, does it open in SpaceClaim.

The issue with preview can most be fixed by:

      1. Update Graphics card.
      2. Run the installer again and select "Repair", need not do a complete reinstall.

What surface you are trying to highlight here. Is it the component named "Spiegato". If yes, that can be deleted manually by right clicking on it and select delete.

Please let me know if I have made a mistake in understanding your query or if you need any further assistance.

      Thanks & Regards,

      Gaurav

      Hi GuaravĀ Gaurav_ANSYS

The problem of the preview is now clear while it is not clear why even if I turn off (hide) all the components I still have that kind of surface that cannot be selected.
Can this also be an error due to the graphics card? (I attach photo)

      Ā

      Regards

i am unable to reproduce your observation. When I suppress PROVA, there is nothing left on the screen and all seems to be as per expectation.

        Gaurav_ANSYSĀ Hi

Try turning it off and turning it on several times after a while the error appears or you can rotate and press the home buttonĀ

Sometimes the error does not, can it be that it is the fault of the graphics card plus the file is a bit damaged?

        regardsĀ

Not sure, though performing a number of operations too quickly can also lead to some issues and its better to avoid.

Updating graphics card from manufacturer's website is also worth a try.

        Regards,

        Gaurav
