I am using Ansys 2016. My model include a beam is fixed at it' a head, and a force is at the other. When I solve, it error. Please see on picture. Can you explain why and how repair it. Thank you so much!

What kind of elements are you using? If you are using solid elements try to reduce the element size and remesh with few more elements in each direction.nnRegards,nIshan.nnFebruary 3, 2021 at 1:28 pmTheHoangSubscribernHere are images of the the mesh.nI sent them with a archive in link: https://humgedu-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/nguyenthehoang_humg_edu_vn/EXN2Om3yRDtEsA7bSm-T_VsBpbwYF12O26l6hxyvqryUfQ?e=D42Lu3nFebruary 3, 2021 at 4:31 pm1shanAnsys EmployeenTry inserting a mesh sizing control with at least 2 elements along each edge (z and x axix) and let me know if the error persists. You could also run a modal analysis to check whether the constraints look good or not. Large deflection also causes a pivot error in some cases. You could try reducing the load or adding a stiffer material.nnRegards nIshannFebruary 3, 2021 at 4:54 pm1shanAnsys EmployeeAlso, Ansys staff can not download files from forum, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert the images inline.nn-IshannFebruary 4, 2021 at 6:55 amTheHoangSubscriber@1shannThank for your support!nI reduce size of mesh, it done. Your answer is useful for me.nViewing 5 reply threads
