SubscriberHi:
I have a floating based, ANSYS Mechanical Premium installed on my machine. It looks for a license server, when it it is running. Everything is good on that part.
However, I also have Node locked ANSYS Discovery Essentials (Space Claim) to help in CAD manipulation for Analysis. I recently installed this and facing licensing issues. I ran this on a different machine and it usually asks for a account to sign in, where it looks for the subscription. But, this time it is throwing an error called, Discovery SpaceClaim does not exist in the LIcensing Pool/ or the license path. It is refering to the ANSYS Mechanical License path, rather than asking for account sign in.What is the remedy for it?

Could you please go to "Discovery Licensing Mode Manager" by searching on your start menu and check if "Subscription" mode is selected and check by launching the application again?
You might want to refer to this post to for a detailed explanation.
Please let me know if this solution works for you. If not, we can check for other options.

SubscriberHello Subashni
I have not tried your solution but happened to uninstall discovery live, and download a new install from the links in this forums. That happened to work.
I did the license mode manager after all things are working. It is set to subscription. -

Glad to know it is working now. It is always a recommended practice to use the latest version of the software by downloading the installers from the Forum.
Hope you enjoy using ANSYS Discovery Products.
