FLUENT CFD post 22R2 license problem

  Hi! Currently, I'm using an academic license for ANSYS FLUENT 22R2 (not a free student license). I found out that workbench worked well after connecting the license. However, when I opened Fluent meshing mode or CFD post, some error messages indicating there are some license issues popped out. Since our university license manager does not know well about this problem, I came to ask this in this forum. I would very appreciate if you give any ideas or solutions. For your reference, I attatched some error images below.

  This look similar to ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Request name cfd_preppost_pro does not exist

  Check the license file you have installed on your license server.
  Does it include an INCREMENT line of cfd_preppost_pro?
  If not, please ask Your Ansys Support Coordinator to check for a new license file.

    Thanks for replying! Does it mean if the license file does not include 'INCREMENT line of cfd_preppost_pro', can't we use 22R2 version? or can we just simply add it?
