SubscriberI ran a DPM simulation injection 100 particles into a laminar flow to see the percentage of particle deposition along the pipe bed. I have been able to get the particle history data of every injection through the sampling feature. This is a very large file as it gives the particle history for each time step. Are there any python libraries out there that help with post processing?
For more context, I intend to create a box at the bottom of the pipe and see how many particles appear in the box along the pipe. I have seen something similar to this in OpenFOAM. If more information is needed, please let me know
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeHi
You can read the sampled .dpm files back into fluent using Discrete Phase histogram setting and use it for post-processing.

SubscriberThank you, but that doesn't yield the result I'm looking for. Great insight however!
