Fluent is Not opening

  When i tried my first fluent simulation i got this error saying that FFF-setup output.cas.gz not found .
  
  Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue ?

  Can you try creating a new Workbench project and see if you get the same issue ?

  What's your project schematic setup in Workbench ?
  
  Do you have the same issue with stand-alone Fluent ?

  It is a mixing tee geometry.

  You can launch Fluent outside of Workbench. What's the ANSYS version you are using ?

  I am using Ansys 19 r3 . I am not able to open in stand alone ....When i search in start i don't get an application.
