Fluent is not recognizing Volume Energy Source

  Hi,
  
  I am trying to export my results from Ansys Maxwell to Fluent through the Volume Energy Source toll, however I am unable. I get the following message:
  
  Failed to find an element: and then I get 0 watts on the desired bodies.
  
  I dont know what is causing this issue, since I am able to export my results to transient thermal correctly, but to export them to Fluent is not working.

  Did you check the meshes in FLUENT and Maxwell. For example, the fluent mesh is in cylindrical and maxwell is box shape then exported values at the corner zones will not have any values. This will cause some interpolation error in Fluent and gives you the error. You can try export x,y,z coordinates from ANSYS Fluent to a text file and use this file to export energy source from Maxwell. Hope this will sort out your issue.

  Many thanks for your suggestion.
  
  The solution was to export the geometry from Maxwell directly into Fluents geometry cell. I was using an intermediate geometry tab where I was adding a few other components, but once I added all my components + the Maxwell geometry in Fluents geometry cell, the problem was solved.
