Fluent is not working

  While opening the Ansys fluent 18.2 I am getting this warning
  
  WARNING: No cached password or password provided.
  
  use '-pass' or '-cache' to provide the password
  
  MPI Application rank 0 exited before MPI_Init() with status -1073741511
  
  and after some time I am getting this error
  
  The FLUENT application failed to validate the connection.
  
  Please help me...

  I will assume that you are using Windows 7.
  
  This could be an issue that some Windows update is not installed, specifically KB2533623.
  
  You can verify it by running Fluent in non-graphical mode using this command in the CMD Prompt (change your installation directory accordingly)
  
  "C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Studentv191fluentntbinwin64fluent.exe" ^-r19.1.0 3d -g -meshing
  
  If you see message something like "procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" , this means that you are missing that Windows update (KB2533623)
