SubscriberHi, I'am using Fluent to model a battery, i selected the MSMD battery model. The problem is that it only shows up active and passive components in the conductive zones window, the options for tab components and busbar components does not appear. I set the cell as active and the positive tab zone and negative tab zone both as passive, but when i try to configurate the materials the UDF Diffusivity does not apper in the properties window, because of that i can't configurate correctly the materials. At first i was thinking that the simulation would work with the tabs zones set as passive instead of tabs, but i think that maybe the absence of the UDF Diffusivity in the materials properties has something to do with the configuration in the conductive zones. Besides that the simulation that i need involves more than one cell, so i need the busbar component option. Does anyone knows how can i make the tab and busbar options appear in the conductive zone window?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Can you please make sure the busbar and tab components are being into Fluent? Go to mesh display and check. If not, you might have to revisit the geometry or meshing.
