FLUENT not loading model on laptop but able to on University Machines

I am needing to run a simulation using a Research License. I have made a model on the university machines and simulates fine there. However, When i use fluent on my laptop (Which is capable of running the program) the FLUENT program shuts down almost immediatly saying FLUENT failed to open what can I do to resolve this? thanks in advance.
