FLUENT steady state simulation residuals oscillation

  hello, everyone. I am trying to build a pemfc model by using udf, however, I encountered a problem. When the current density is large, after calculating tens of thousands of steps, the residuals curve will oscillate and can't meet the convergence criteria. What can I do to solve this problem?

  Have a thorough look at the results and use some monitor points to see what's still changing. You may have a transient effect in the system, or your UDF is oscillating between some values and preventing the solver from reaching a unique solution.
