Did you have any international characters or letters in your file name? Generally that is not good when working with ANSYS workbench. Also is D:\ a local drive or on a network? It is always best to copy it and run it locally (unless you are using a Remote Solver).

When saving, the name uses Chinese characters, no other symbols, etc.

What happens if you don't use the Chinese characters?

      Hello hone ,

Ansys Fluent cortex error could happen because of the following reasons.
      1. Please check whether your case is 2d or 3d some times 2d sheet geometries in 3d mode can cause this error.
      2. It can also happen if you save your workbench file in another folder and not in the same folder of fluent root directory. Please check on that.
      Thanks

It is no problem to change the file name to English plus numbers

Changing the pathname fixed it? Good, thanks for the update.
