fluid dynamic simulation with heat transfer and phase change

  i want simulate a steel tube at 900 degree centigrade and given inlet of water and other end is closed
  
  water at room temperature i want to know how the water flows with phase change and heat transfer
  
  can any one suggest me how to solve this problem
